Fantastic $30 Cartography Humble Bundle Is a Online Gaming Game Master's Fantasy
After a brief run back in April, the Map Making Mega Bundle has returned for a limited time available through early December. Described as a "treasure trove of assets and apps" created by a specialized software company throughout their history, the entire collection is valued at more than thirteen hundred dollars. Primary Feature
The big draw is certainly a lifetime license to the CC3+ software, a professional-grade cartography program which enables users to generate various types including epic fantasy landscapes, detailed regional charts, city maps, and, perhaps most importantly, tactical combat environments.

Bundle Tiers
Entry Level
The cheapest bundle tier, at a minimum cost of $1, includes only four of the 39 total items: Fantasy Overland Symbol Collection, Token Treasury: Monsters 1, Source Maps: Castles!, Urban Source Maps. This package suits existing CC3+ users, but it does offer new fantasy symbol styles for overworld maps, over seven hundred fifty creature tokens for use in virtual tabletops, more than two dozen top-down castle layouts including hundreds of map markers, eight fully mapped cities, and more than 70 urban floorplans.
Mid-Range Option
The eight-product collection starting at fifteen dollars is where things get more interesting by adding in a lifetime CC3+ license, Cartographer's Annual Vol 1, Ultimate Mapping Guidebook, and Symbol Set 6: Isometric Cities. Cartographer's Annual is the yearly bundle from ProFantasy's ongoing subscription program featuring a variety CC3+ add-ons including map packs and various other tools. Isometric Cities lets you display cities with an extra dimension using angled views from all sides. And the Tome of Ultimate Mapping is a 760-page for beginners and "power users" alike, full of tips and tutorials for the map-making process.

Every volume from the Annual series are included here, alongside a slew of other resource and asset packs that can help users design entire planets or galaxies, or just go all-in on classic fantasy realm creation: combat arenas, dungeons, urban centers, and continents from almost any perspective. You can even design character illustrations. For $30 as opposed to $15, the full bundle is so worth it, especially for cartographers who have only the annual CC3+ license seeking permanent licensing. However, it's clearly an even better deal for cartography beginners since it includes the beginners' tutorials to help you get started. The sole limitation though the purchase is available across platforms, the software is only usable on Windows.
Philanthropic Aspect
As with other Humble Bundles, part of every purchase goes to benefit a nonprofit. For this one, the beneficiary is Save the Children, an organization founded by Eglantyne Jebb in 1919 focused on improving the lives of children worldwide through education, health care, and emergency relief. Package customization options appear near the page top, but you can also select any amount for a donation in the right-hand section. There's also an "Adjust Donation" drop-down immediately below, allowing you to adjust how much of your donation allocated between the platform, developer, and charity.
