Former Doctor Charged with Assault Allegations Involving Thirty-Eight Individuals in His Care
Legal authorities report that a ex- physician stands accused of carrying out assaults involving 38 victims who were under his care.
The Grave Allegations

Scope of the Police Inquiry
These allegations follow what police described as a “detailed inquiry” into alleged assaults at medical facilities: a hospital in Stoke-on-Trent and Russells Hall hospital.
Spencer is due to appear at the North Staffordshire justice centre on 20 January.

- 15 counts of sexual assault.
- Seventeen counts of penetrative assault.
